Even though the nation was under strict lockdown for a complete 4 months at a stretch, the classes went on as per schedule through online even we conducted multiple Webinar sessions. Especially when in the hospitality sector, it’s not easy to attend such practical classes, where you require a lot of equipment. Moreover, many foreign top chefs and other delegates even attended such Webinars to provide the students with the finest possible advice and knowledge regarding their in-depth cooking skills.
