All about Bakery workshop: IIIHM

Since its inception IIIHM has always strived to achieve excellence, not only in studies but even in extracurricular activities. The institute believes that the best and quickest way a student can learn is through practical training. Moreover, in The hospitality sector, IIIHM believes that food is one of the most important spheres which can connect with the clients and visitors straight away. Hence, the institute has integrated culinary into its syllabus and conducts seminars and webinars annually with some of the top of the line chefs from elite hotel chains like Marriott, Hyatt, and many others, for providing and guiding the students in the right direction.

IIIHM even conducts yearly workshops to entertain and encourage students to have their own creative vision and make them blossom in the finest way possible. Students are asked to volunteer in the Bakery workshop and are given the freedom to deliver the best dish forward, and then there are other top invited Chefs, who provide the final touches and guides them to become                                                                            some of the most essential assets in the near future.

Even in this current critical scenario, IIIHM conducted a workshop by keeping all the necessary precautions and safety in mind. We conducted this workshop with minimum student strength, and others were there as online participants. The enthusiasm among the student's group was unexpectedly high, so much that even the faculties joined the bakery workshop to lend a hand to the students. We invited a top chef from a renowned bakery to provide valuable inputs among our participants so that they can be more creative with their culinary skillsets. The bakery workshop was a profound success and we are planning to make a much larger workshop this year.
